Mr. Brown concentrates his practice in the areas of trusts and estates, probate and real estate. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of estate and gift taxation. Mr. Brown has lectured on the topics of estate and tax planning before many private and public groups.

He graduated from the College of Agriculture at the University of Illinois, and clerked for the Illinois Supreme Court upon his graduation from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He presently serves as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Trust and Estate Section Council, the State Bar Association's committee which studies issues relating to estate taxation and probate law.
